Key Verse:

"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty." (Revelation 1:8 NIV)

God . . .
is our eternal refugee (Deuternomy 33:27)
sits enthroned as King forever (Psalm 29:10)
plans are unchanging (Psalm 33:11)
guides us until the end (Psalm 48:14)
is our eternal dwelling place (Psalm 90:1)
existed before the earth's creation (Psalm 90:2)
never changes (Psalm 102:27)
never gets tired (Isaiah 40:28)
the first and the last (Isaiah 44:6)
kingdom never ends (Daniel 4:34)
purposes are timeless (Ephesians 3:11)
is the Alpha and Omega (Revelation 1:8)
is worthy of our praise! (Revelation 4:8-11)

Application for Today:

Because we exist in time as we know it and God exists in eternity, I must be resolved to the fact that I can not comprehend all of God. But instead, I can trust in Him, knowing that He has always existed and that His purposes will come to be.
