Re-read Luke 4:1-14. Here’s an example of some application we found:
v1 What evidence is there in my life that I am being led by the Spirit?
How am I being disobedient to God’s (the
Spirit’s) leading me in everyday life?
v2 The devil tempted Jesus when He was vulnerable, what are my weaknesses or when am I most vulnerable to Satan’s
temptations?
Do I have the tendency to give in to temptation after facing it over a period of time?
What are the biggest temptations that I face? How often do I give in to them?
And what can I do when faced with them?
You go on and finish the rest of the passage. . . and don’t forget. . . apply the Truth to your own life today!
